26 Weeks

26 Weeks today--approximately 14 inches long and 1 2/3 pounds. This week I will be able to open my eyes for the first time. My lungs are developing and I may even be able to practice "breathing" this week. My hearing has developed to the point that I may be able to recognize voices now, like my mommy and daddy's voices. I am now two-thirds of the way through this journey. In 13 very short weeks I should be making my debut. Then let the fun begin.
