23 Weeks

23 weeks is a bit of a milestone for me, being that if by some awful chance Mommy went into labor early, I am at a point where I could survive outside of the womb. Lets hope we don't have to worry about that for many more weeks.

This week I am about 11 1/2 inches and just over a pound. Over the next 4 weeks I am going to double my weight! I'm starting to look more like a newborn now with my skin looking less transparent due to the fat production.

Mommy is starting to see that I am falling into sleep patterns throughout the day and night. My kicks and punches are getting much stronger. Mommy says that I kick so hard she wonders if I'll be a soccer or football player when I get older. Sometimes I kick so hard she sees her tummy jump!

Mommy and Daddy are working hard on trying to sell the house in hopes that we can get moved into a bigger space before I'm born. Please keep that in your prayers, as I'm due to arrive in about 16 weeks. That doesn't leave much time! They are also working rather unsuccessfully at picking out my name. It will come. Hopefully before I'm born!
